Not received Swag Form in my Primary Inbox

I haven't received the form mail in my Inbox, I got to know this from your Country Shipping Update next mail that I received today, in which you have mentioned that all participants with successful submissions would have received a swag form.
Like me, most of the participants might also not have received the swag form in their primary inbox.
Kindly look into this matter.

    Hey Devjit,

    I've just resent any eligible recipients the form if they hadn't filled it in yet. If you still didn't get it, you likely weren't able to get the swag.

    Even I have not received a swag form either. Could you please look into the matter.
    Also, if you could clarify the exact criteria under which one is eligible to receive swags. That would be very kind of yours.
