Asking about Judging

Hi, I want to ask about the judging procedure. It almost end of judging period, but my team app hasn't tested yet. I have added 499418056 and stef.devpost.1 as tester even before the deadline of the submission, but until now only stev.devpost.1 has accepted the tester request. Is this expected? Thank you
