Customer service

Does FB ever plan on giving some real customer service? Its just pathetic that you beg us to spend money on advertising on facebook but yet offer 0 customer service. I have tried so many ways to get help but I have yet to find a person not lazy at FB. How about an app that will actually get people to some real customer service from your company? Or is that just too much to ask for after we spend money on your products?

    I'm sorry you're struggling to get help from Facebook. Are you taking part in the hackathon or is your issue with the business ad service, specifically?
