web or app?

do we have to make facebook messaenger bot in website or mobile app?? am confused? as we know messanger is used in both website or app?? so tell me >

all they said Build messaging solutions that empower conversation . but they didnt mention for mobile or for web??

  Good question. Your bot should be made with a Facebook page that it's deployed on. Check out the Getting Started materials here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/introduction/

  The features that the Messenger team is looking for in this hackathon are: Handover Protocol, One-Time Notifications, Private Replies, and Quick Replies. You can learn more about these specifically here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/send-messages#one-time_notification

  I understand the idea of integration with the Messenger app but am not sure what it means when you mention "Handover Protocol, One-Time Notifications, Private Replies, and Quick Replies".
